报名即为同意活动组织方的安排，请客观合理的自我评估等级，新手朋友请务必看清报名要求。细节如下：

男生要求至少达到3~4级及以上；

女生要求2~3级及以上；

活动为三小时，前2小时连2局轮换，第3小时四上四下轮换。

羽球业余球友等级参考：

萌新：还不会打羽毛球（球感、身体协调性）

1级：初学者，能把球打过网（球感、身体协调性）

2级：了解基本礼仪、规则、基本技术，但不很稳定（握拍、发球、前场、正手后场）

3级：熟悉基本技术，发力还掌握不好，不会反手，步伐较乱（步伐、前场、正反手后场）

4级：基本技术比较熟练，能简单应用反手，掌握基础步伐（步伐、发力、前场、正反手后场、进攻、双打配合常规套路）

5级：技术比较全面，击球到位，有简单战术应用（步伐、发力、前场、中场、正反手后场、进攻、防守、双打配合多种套路）

6级：技术全面，步伐娴熟，战术比较丰富（暂不赘述）

7级：很强的攻防能力，熟练应用各种高级技战术，能及时调整战术和心态（暂不赘述）

8级：精彩取得大型业余比赛前三名，能和专业退役运动员对抗（暂不赘述）

9级：专业退役运动员（暂不赘述）

专业级：线衣专业运动员（暂不赘述）

活动简介： 周六中午12-15点 。木地板龙骨+塑胶场地（详见俱乐部相册）。

活动地址： 上海市静安区昌化路165号静安区少体校5楼(近武定路)。3、5号场地。

活动规则： 双打中级及以上水平对抗。

活动费用： 50元

Description of the event

In order to ensure the quality of the doubles confrontation in the event, please be sure to read the content of the event before registering, thank you for your cooperation

By registering, you agree to the arrangement of the event organizer, please be objective and reasonable in your self-assessment level, the details are as follows:

Men are required to reach at least level 3~4 and above;

Ladies are required to be level 2~3 and above;

The event lasts for three hours, with two consecutive rounds in the first two hours and four up and four down in the third hour.

Badminton amateur player level reference:

beginner: I don't know how to play badminton yet (ball sense, body coordination)

Level 1: Beginner, able to hit the ball over the net (ball sense, body coordination)

Level 2: Understand basic etiquette, rules, basic techniques, but not very stable (grip, serve, frontcourt, forehand backcourt)

Level 3: Familiar with basic techniques, not good at mastering power, no backhand, chaotic pace (pace, front, forehand and backhand)

Level 4: Proficient in basic skills, able to apply the backhand simply, and master the basic pace (pace, power, frontcourt, forehand and backhand, offense, doubles with conventional routines)

Level 5: The technique is relatively comprehensive, the hitting is in place, and there are simple tactical applications (pace, power, frontcourt, midfield, forehand and backhand, offense, defense, doubles with a variety of routines)

Level 6: Comprehensive technique, skillful pace, and rich tactics (No description)
